In Mijn UZ Gent you can tailor your menu.

- Adjust dishes and portion sizes
- Your diet determines what you can choose
When do you choose?
- You can select your meals for the following day until 1 p.m.
- After that, meal selection closes so the kitchen can prepare everything in time.
You can also choose earlier, up to four days in advance.
Please note
In some nursing wards, online meal selection is not available for medical reasons.
Rooming-in
If a family member spends the night in your room, they also get breakfast in their room. You can read more about the midday and evening meal and the cost on the page about rooming-in options.
Dietary advice
Dieticians follow up patients with special dietary needs during their admission. They check whether nutrition needs to be adjusted and give tailor-made dietary advice. Further follow-up is possible after discharge from hospital. Your dietician can give you more information.
