The hospital staff strives to provide good, careful and quality services. In doing so, they take your needs into account. However, it may happen that despite their efforts you are not completely satisfied with the care or service.
Speak directly to the caregiver involved, the head nurse or attending physician. They are willing to consult with you and find a solution to a problem or complaint. If that fails or does not lead to a solution, you can appeal to the Ombudsperson service, preferably using this form. You can also contact them by phone or email. A personal interview is possible by appointment.
