Invoices
Depending on your preference, you will receive hospital invoices by post or email.

From now on, you will find a QR code on the paper invoice to make the payment. UZ Gent works together with POM for this.
The digital invoice is sent from noreply@administratie.uzgent.be and contains a payment button so that you can make the payment in a secure and user-friendly way.
Digital only with your consent
You will receive hospital invoices digitally if you have given UZ Gent permission to use your email address for financial and administrative purposes. Please also check your spam folder.
When you register at the hospital, we will explicitly ask for your consent:
- At the registration kiosk, you can indicate whether you want to receive the invoice by email or on paper.
- An employee can also register your preference at the Admissions and registration desk.

Payment reminders

Have you received a payment reminder? Make the payment as soon as possible to avoid additional costs.
