- Triple/dual therapy stable dose for at least 3 months
- CAT score ≥15
- Tiffenau index <0,70 en FEV1 post BD >20% and <70%
- 1 severe of 2 moderate COPD exacerbations
- Eosinofilie (BEC) >150
