What do I need to know before my visit?
- Code green is currently in place for respiratory infections. Do you have a cold? Then wear a face mask everywhere in the hospital.
- Are you visiting a patient with a weakened immune system? A face mask is mandatory. The doctor may ask you to wear an FFP2 mask.
- Postpone your visit if you have flu-like symptoms or if you feel unwell.
- Disinfect your hands before entering the room and when you leave.
- Respect the peace and quiet on the ward and be considerate of others in shared rooms.

When can I visit a patient?
- Every day from 2.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- In the Princess Elisabeth Children's Hospital (entrance 10), parents or a trusted person are welcome at any time.

Burns centre
- Adults: 3 pm to 9 pm
- Children: parents at any time, other family members 3 pm to 9 pm

Intensive care Cardiology (cardiac monitoring)
- Midcare: 3 pm to 3.30 pm and 8 pm to 8.30 pm, maximum 2 visitors, no children under 14
- Cardiac monitoring: 3 to 4 pm and 7 to 7.45 pm

Intensive care Surgery and Heart surgery

Visiting adult patients

- Maximum of two visitors per patient
- No visitors under the age of 14
Visiting children (up to and including age 15)
- Parent or guardian: we will call you as soon as you can come in
- You are welcome to wait in your child’s room or elsewhere in the hospital
